Museum of Music
Corfu’s Museum of Music was established in 2010 to honor Nikolaos Halikiopoulos Mantzaros and the Philharmonic Society. The Philharmonic Society was founded in 1840 to teach citizens of every class music theory. Mantzaros was the society’sfirst artistic director and the composer of the Greek national anthem. Those visiting this beautiful museum will get a taste of Corfu’s musical traditions and those that are present throughout Greece.
Angelokastro Castle
Visiting Angelokastro Castle will treat visitors to a stunning view of the surrounding sea and landscapes. The castle has been standing since the 13th century, and despite countless sieges, the castle never fell.
